The service

Clínica Lista provides clinics with an automated AI assistant for website chat and WhatsApp Business that answers questions about the clinic's services, prices, hours and location and books appointments. It is not a medical service and does not give medical advice.

Free pilot

14 days on the clinic's website, at no cost and with no card. At the end, the clinic decides whether to subscribe. If not, we remove the assistant and nothing is charged.

Paid plans

Reception: USD 149 per month. Pro: USD 299 per month. Plus applicable taxes, billed monthly in advance by card. Cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid month and there are no partial refunds. No minimum term.

The clinic's responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and approve the prices and text the assistant repeats.
• Its own privacy notice, its advertising and its COFEPRIS advertising notice.
• Attend to the patients the assistant hands over, especially clinical or urgent questions.
• Follow Meta's WhatsApp Business policies with its own number.

Limits

The assistant can make mistakes; that is why every clinical question goes to a person and prices are confirmed by the clinic. Our total liability is limited to what the clinic paid in the last 3 months.
