Rules the assistant never breaks
No diagnoses, no treatment recommendations, no talk of medication. In an emergency it tells the patient to call 911.
On WhatsApp it is a business-task bot for your clinic: it answers about your services, prices, hours and location, and books appointments. It is not a general-purpose AI assistant.
It repeats only information and prices your clinic approved. The clinic's advertising and its COFEPRIS advertising notice are the clinic's responsibility.
Before asking a patient for personal data, it shows your clinic's privacy notice (Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties).
